terrific staff and location was ideal. restaurant was nice and spotless. it was near the beach, perfect for overnight stay. the terrace bar was pleasant and the drinks were bottled. my experience at this lovely quiet hotel was extra special.

Good service, lovely place. Fabulously helpful staff, I enjoyed the bright room I booked. Lovely garden and excellent pool. The location was fab, just a pleasant stroll away from the pavilion.

It was worth its 4 stars. We enjoyed staff and food here, everything needed for our weekend was provided. A relaxing bar at the hotel. The personnel is very pleasant. We had a standard queen room with climate control, an iron and an electronic key card.

A single bed was a bonus. We appreciated facilities and breakfast and everything supplied for our holiday. The Redgrove Harvester, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. We totally recommend this hotel to family coming to Cheltenham...
